01About
Est. 2024 / Medina Firestone, GH

We’re a small house with a long memory.

Twelve full-timers in Medina Firestone, four studios, and a stubborn belief that African creative work doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

002 — About

One house.
Four crafts.
Zero shortcuts.

Ragnogroup was started in Medina Firestone with a simple thesis: the next decade of African creative work is going to look very different — and somebody from here ought to build it.

We're a collective of producers, photographers, engineers, and writers who would rather make one thing properly than ten things hastily. Whether it's a national esports finals, a documentary on the slave trade, a brand campaign, or a custom piece of software — every project goes through the same craft sieve.

How
we got here.

Ragnogroup didn’t start with a deck. It started with two friends realizing they were turning down work that didn’t fit either of their day jobs — a wedding film here, a tournament broadcast there, a microsite for a friend’s brand — and that the work was more interesting at the seams.

The bet was simple: keep each craft sharp and separate, but let them share a roof, a back office, and a standards bar. Two years on, the bet has paid.

  1. 2024Milestone

    Founded

Ragnogroup launches in Medina Firestone with two founders and a single rented edit suite. First brand under the umbrella: Spy Photography.

  2. 2024Milestone

    Agoro joins

Agoro eSports comes in-house after running its first national tournament. The collective model gels: separate audiences, shared craft.

  3. 2025Milestone

    Twumdufe & Spiteq

Long-form documentary work and custom software both grow into their own brands. Four studios, one P&L, one set of standards.

  4. 2026Milestone

    Now

Twelve full-time, a roster of trusted contractors, clients in three continents. Same studio in Medina Firestone, slightly bigger room.

The team

The people
behind the work.

A small core of full-timers, a trusted bench of contractors, and the occasional guest collaborator. We’d rather hire slowly than build a roster that doesn’t talk to each other.

008 — Why us

Reasons
to pick us.

You've read the marketing on a hundred sites. Here's the short list of what we'd actually want a future client to know.

  • i.Reason

    Strong creative direction

We don't take a brief and parrot it back. Every project gets a point-of-view we'll defend in the room.

  • ii.Reason

    Reliable execution

On-time, on-spec, with the boring parts (legal, contracts, deliverables) handled before they become your problem.

  • iii.Reason

    Multi-discipline teams

Esports producers next to engineers, photographers next to writers. The boundary between crafts is where the best work hides.

  • iv.Reason

    Built for the long term

Most of our clients come back. We optimize for the relationship, not the project margin.

Let's get to work.

Whether it's a single shoot, a national tournament, or a multi-quarter software build — drop us a line. The first call is free, the second one usually is too.
