We're headquartered in Medina Firestone, Greater Accra. The core team is in Ghana, but we regularly take on projects across West Africa, Europe, and North America. Most of the coordination is async; we deliver in your timezone.

Either works. Each studio operates independently with its own roster of clients — you can go straight to Agoro, Spy, Twumdufe, or Spiteq. The Ragnogroup engagement is for clients who want more than one craft on the same team (for example, a brand campaign that needs photography, a film, and a microsite).

Discovery and scoping is usually 1–2 weeks. From there, photography and event projects are typically 4–8 weeks, software builds 6–16 weeks depending on scope. We send a detailed timeline as part of the proposal — and we hit it.

Photography, video, and events are usually quoted as fixed packages. Software builds are quoted in phases — discovery first, then a fixed price for an initial build, then optional retainers. We send a written proposal before any contract.

Yes. We sign NDAs before any sensitive discussion, and we work off a standard MSA + SOW. We're happy to use yours if you have one already.
